Civic Si VR Test Drive

The Association of Greater Twin Cities Honda Dealers hosted a booth at the Twin Cities Auto Show and needed to engage with the public. By leveraging the new virtual reality trend, handheld VR viewers compatible with mobile phones have been developed. A test drive experience in 360 video format was filmed with two Actors, allowing for multiple-choice experiences. Online display advertising and social promotion directed customers to a landing page with more details. Print materials were also developed to be onsite at the event itself. To take the experience further, we partnered with VR Motion® to emulate a complete driving experience behind the wheel. This provided a fully immersive, interactive experience for the audience and generated the attention they were seeking. The event created a memorable experience and attracted potential customers.
